These terms and conditions apply to purchases made via our online store or by written agreement with SBF Dekk & Felg AS.

 

1. Conclusion of the agreement

A binding agreement is entered into when the order is completed and an order confirmation is sent from us. The customer is obliged to check that the order confirmation is correct.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical errors or stock discrepancies.

 

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT.

Shipping costs are stated separately before payment.
We reserve the right to make typographical errors and price changes.

 

3. Payment

Payment is made via the payment solutions offered in the online store (card, Vipps, Klarna, etc.).

Card information is processed by certified payment providers. We do not store card information.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to stop delivery.

 

4. Delivery

Delivery time is stated on the product page and is indicative.

The customer is responsible for the correct delivery address.

Upon receipt, the goods must be inspected immediately. Any transport damage or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the packaging and damage.

5. Returns and cancellation rights

 

5.1 Stocked goods

For standard goods in stock, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act.

Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in original packaging.
  • The item must not have been installed or used.
  • Returns must be agreed in writing before shipment.

The customer covers return shipping.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after the item has been received and inspected.

5.2 Specially ordered items

 

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to goods that have been produced or ordered specifically according to the customer's choice.

This includes, among other things:

  • Forged rims
  • Rims made to order
  • Special colors and finishes
  • Custom dimensions and press fit
  • Customized wheel packages
  • Items marked “Custom-made item”

Orders for such goods are binding and cannot be canceled after the order has been confirmed.

 

6. Important before use (rims and wheel packages)

When delivering loose rims, they must be tested before tires are mounted.

When delivering complete wheel packages, the customer must check the fit before the vehicle is put into service. It must be checked that there is sufficient clearance against the brake calipers, suspension, steering components and bodywork. The vehicle must not be driven until such a check has been carried out.

Before assembly, hubs and mating surfaces must be clean and flat. Bolts/nuts must be checked for correct length and seating, and any centering rings must be used where necessary.

Wheels should be installed with the correct torque according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications and tightened crosswise. Re-tightening is recommended after 50–100 km.

Goods that have been installed and used cannot be returned unless there is an approved complaint.

 

7. Assembly and use

Using air or impact tools can damage rims and is not recommended.

The customer is responsible for correct installation and use according to the manufacturer's specifications.

 

8. Maintenance

Rims require regular maintenance.

  • Use mild car shampoo and a soft sponge
  • Avoid acidic cleaning agents
  • Avoid high pressure directly on surfaces
  • Polished or specially painted rims are not recommended for use in winter season with road salt.

Damage resulting from improper maintenance is not covered by warranty.

 

9. Complaints

Complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.

The complaint does not apply to:

  • Injuries from driving on the edge
  • Stone chips or external impact
  • Incorrect assembly
  • Use outside the recommended range of use

If the complaint is approved, we will cover return shipping.
If a complaint is rejected, return shipping may be charged to the customer.

 

10. Warranty

Any warranty follows the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not normal wear and tear or damage caused by external influences.

 

11. Pictures and product information

Product images are illustrative. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen and lighting conditions.

 

12. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Information is only used to process your order and fulfill our obligations. See our separate privacy policy for details.

 

13. Sales pledge

SBF Dekk & Felg AS has a sales lien on delivered goods until the purchase price is paid in full, cf. the Pledge Act.

 

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

15. Disputes

Disputes are resolved amicably.

If this is unsuccessful, the case can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or processed under Norwegian law.
